We are currently accepting applications for Die Setters for our molding facilities on 3rd shift.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Installing molds in presses and making all necessary hook-ups, settings and adjustments in accordance with established paperwork.
  • Moving injection molding tools into and out of workstations.
  • Cycles the machine after set-up to ensure proper operation. Runs parts, making any necessary final adjustments
    until quality trim sample is produced. (where applicable)
  • Performs all tasks associated with making the necessary material changes for a new job as needed.
  • Cleans and polishes molds as needed (where applicable).
  • Demonstrates and follows Lock Out Tag Out procedures
  • Maintains current Hilo License and Crane License
  • Performs basic maintenance functions as they relate to die sets.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the designated supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a Hilo and Overhead Crane License
  • Knowledge and understanding of the plastic injection process, and different types of plastic materials used
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Enjoys working in a production environment
  • Basic mechanical experience
  • Understanding of Lockout Tagout preferred
  • High School education or equivalent
