Establish manufacturing processes according to the specifications set by the Company, documenting the process both verbally and graphically to ensure proper product manufacturing. Ensure that the company’s machinery and equipment remain in optimal operating conditions through the management, control, and implementation of adequate preventive and corrective maintenance programs. To achieve this, the Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for defining the maintenance plan for each piece of equipment under their responsibility.

EDUCATION: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years in project administration.
SKILLS: Teamwork, verbal and written communication, leadership.
INITIAL TRAINING: Lean Manufacturing, technical information from the intranet, product manufacturing processes, AutoCAD, use and management of JDEdwards, use and management of MP8 for maintenance and systems, use and management of the QMS.
