We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rugby to assist with the appointment of a Plasterer, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £16.10 - £20.39 per hour

Summary:

Rugby Borough Council is seeking a Multi Trade – Plasterer to join its Property Services Team. The successful candidate will carry out property repairs and maintenance, demonstrating professional skills and experience across various building trades while delivering high-quality services to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out professional plastering and multi-trade repair works.
• Undertake repairs across flooring, fencing, painting and decorating, carpentry and plumbing.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and complete work within agreed timescales.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate politely with residents.

Essential Requirements:

• Professional plastering skills and experience.
• Knowledge and experience across several building trades, including repairs and maintenance.
• Full valid UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
• This role requires a Basic DBS
