At Flagship Services, we are seeking a skilled Plasterer to work as part of our Capital Works Team to help us deliver exceptional service and quality for customers moving into our homes.
Location: various positions available in Bury St Edmunds and Thetford / Ipswich / Dereham and surrounding areas

Completing a variety of plastering tasks: full plaster works, skimming, patch repairs, coving, bonding, artexing, rendering, and over‑boarding.
Supporting other trades and working collaboratively across the business.
Minimising waste and working safely at all times.
Using your Flagship vehicle and tools to deliver high‑quality repairs.
Providing friendly, professional customer service in tenants’ homes.

A full Trade Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent experience).
Practical, hands‑on skills with the ability to assess jobs, repair or replace parts, and sometimes support cost estimates.
Great communication and problem‑solving skills, including knowing when to escalate safeguarding or emergency issues.
Confidence using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
A full driving licence and willingness to join the out‑of‑hours rota (including public holidays).
