This is an hourly position with Local 475.
Rate of pay is $28.64/hr with a 10% premium for 2nd shift.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2 years of previous experience operating low pressure, robotic and manual air spray systems and supporting equipment, and determining powder to use for a component.
• Previous experience using various measuring tools to critical dimensions
• Previous experience producing components within guidelines of latest revision of procedures.
• Must be able to read pressure gauges and flow meters.
• Previous experience performing routine maintenance of Plasma equipment (including but not limited to powder specification changes, nozzle/electrode and powder feed line changes).
• Must be able to wear respirator.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Autobody and Mechanical background preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and gauges.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment using work instructions is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English, (speaking, reading, writing)
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum lift floor to waist – 25 pounds
• Minimum lift waist to shoulder level – 25 pounds
• Minimum pull – 40 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moderate cold and moderate heat, loud noise, fumes, and moving equipment in a typical manufacturing environment.
