Job Description


The client is a manufacturer of clean carbon products.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Supervise daily plant and production activities to ensure operational efficiency

  • Monitor production targets and ensure adherence to quality standards

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations

  • Manage production staff and ensure optimal workforce performance

  • Prepare and submit periodic production and performance reports

  • Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in

    Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering discipline

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or processing environment

  • Strong knowledge of production processes, plant operations, preventive maintenance, and quality control systems

  • Experience in agro-processing or food processing industry will be an added advantage

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

  • Proficiency in reporting, process monitoring, and performance optimization
