We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated Plant Supervisor to join our team in Fountain Inn, SC to support 20+ Team members. Come and grow with us!

  • Interview candidates and make hiring decisions
  • Monitor production activity, identify process problems, trouble-shoot causes and develop solutions
  • Supervise the daily activities of the Team to ensure that volume, cost, waste, and quality standards are achieved
  • Coordinate work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity
  • Suggest improvements to improve efficiencies and safety
  • Deliver or coordinate staff training and on-board new staff
  • Ensure all safety training is complete, and that policies and processes are followed
  • Follow all safety procedures and wearing required PPE
  • Additional duties as assigned

Machine Operations

  • This position will NOT be running a machine, however, there is an expectation that our Plant Supervisor understands the following:
  • How to use and teach others to use calipers and micrometers, must understand fractions and decimals
  • Read industrial knife blueprints
  • Perform quality checks
  • Forklift Certified (or able to become certified)
  • Work with a high sense of urgency
  • Wear all required PPE
  • Active participation in Lean and Safety Training

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience required
  • Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • UKG recruiting along with Microsoft Office Suite (for example Word, Excel, Personnel App, Teams) and ERP experience (D365) is required or the technical aptitude to learn quickly if unfamiliar with these platforms.
  • Ability to read and write the English language
  • Demonstrated lean techniques
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with behavior that upholds company values and standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Promotion of safety in the workplace while adhering to the safety standards of the company
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Ability to walk and/or stand at a minimum of 8 hours per shift
