  • Oversee buyer/planners who support maintenance and engineering with identifying and purchasing parts and materials for repairs and construction projects.
  • Oversee contract coordinators who manage daily contractor activities on plant, including permits, badging, and compliance with safety, security, and quality requirements.
  • Oversee office services staff who manage customer work orders, mail delivery, event room setup (tables/chairs), and day‑to‑day maintenance support for administrative areas.
  • Oversee custodial staff who maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of facilities plant‑wide.
  • Spend time in the field and customer areas to verify safe work practices, confirm resources are in place, and ensure service quality and compliance to standards.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Security, Corporate Facilities/Real Estate, and FM support teams to align plant services with production and facility needs.
  • Coordinate with corporate partners to maintain accurate occupancy data in Archibus (or similar tools) to support billing and space planning.
  • Assist with budget estimates and management of blanket purchase orders issued to Promontory vendors; monitor and drive performance to meet cost and schedule goals.
  • Lead performance management for direct reports, including goal setting, quarterly check‑ins, coaching, conflict resolution, and development planning.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of people‑leadership or team‑lead experience (e.g., supervising multi‑discipline teams, office services staff, custodial crews, or contractor coordination roles).

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands‑on background in facilities services, maintenance support, office services, custodial operations, or contractor oversight.
  • Familiarity with the Promontory plant infrastructure, facilities, and production processes.
  • Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), work order tools, and/or facilities management systems (e.g., Archibus) for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
