& Job Description
With the launch of the first new factory in Japan, you will be responsible for the general affairs of the factory, which will support a factory that will grow from an organization of a few dozen people to over 600 people over the next five years. You will work with the manager and assistant manager. As this is a new factory, there are requests for factory tours from both inside and outside Japan. You will be responsible for planning and implementing factory tours, coordinating schedules with visitors and VIPs, and providing support from the time you arrive at the airport until you leave. The work location will be the Shimotsuma Plant (located in the Plant Complex in Shimotsuma City). Sometimes go out to the Tokyo Marunouchi office for work.
