The Opportunity
We are hiring a Plant Repair and Maintenance Engineer to drive the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems and industrial equipment. This opportunity offers a chance to play a key role in minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and effective troubleshooting, while upholding the highest safety standards. The role also provides exposure to continuous improvement initiatives, equipment upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational excellence.
How you'll make an impact
Perform maintenance on electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and power panels.
Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Maintain equipment such as transformers, switchgear, MCCs, generators, and UPS.
Ensure proper functioning of control systems, sensors, and instrumentation.
Follow safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and apply LOTO procedures.
Support installations, commissioning, and continuous improvement efforts.
Coordinate with vendors and recommend reliability and efficiency upgrades.
Maintain records and manage spare parts inventory.
Provide technical support and training to teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
5–8 years of relevant industrial experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, drives, and equipment.
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and LOTO procedures.
Experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
