Your role at Clorox:

We are looking for our Plant Quality Leader for our site in Tlanepantla, Mexico to drive quality excellence in our manufacturing operations in Mexico. In this role, you will lead the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring regulatory compliance, product safety, and continuous improvement while building a strong quality culture across the plant.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards
  • Own product safety and quality performance, including microbiological control, sanitation, and pest control programs
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA execution for quality incidents, deviations, and customer complaints
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and process changes
  • Analyze KPIs and lead initiatives for continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Build and develop a high-performing quality team, strengthening capabilities and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and plant quality policies
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners

What we look for:

  • 7+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Management within manufacturing (FMCG or regulated products preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience leading quality teams in manufacturing sites with high regulatory standards.
  • Strong experience in QMS, GMP, HACCP, microbiology, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record leading quality teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools
  • Advanced communication and leadership skills (English required)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with high accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a plus or equivalent experience.
