Ensure timely and accurate delivery of production commitments with high adherence levels.
Perform micro-level planning for each product based on production schedules.
Validate and schedule RM/PM requirements through systems and coordinate with purchase teams.
Plan campaigns for multi-product plants in collaboration with HQ planners.
Track new orders and provide commitments within 7 working days.
Maintain and update SAP master data including capacity, campaign, BOM, and material codes.
Use planning tools like APO or similar for effective scheduling.
Monitor inventory levels, TCM, and aging of materials; initiate corrective actions as needed.
Communicate RM/PM requirements and container schedules to logistics and other stakeholders.
Conduct pre-PTF meetings and provide necessary inputs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QC, Plant, Commercial, Logistics, GBS, and Purchase.
Prepare weekly MIS reports and participate in plant initiatives like TQM and safety drives.
