We’re looking for skilled Plant Operators to manage the safe and efficient operation of mobile plant and equipment at our Stockton Sand Quarry. Become a vital part of our dedicated team and contribute to our quarry operations.

Your day will involve:

• Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment (Sales Loader, Dozer, Water Cart) safely and efficiently.
• Manage the operation of the sand screening plant with precision.
• Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness.
• Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.

What are we looking for?

• Experience with mobile plant operation is essential (Sales Loader experience, Operation of Mobile Screening Plant).
• HR truck licence is advantageous but not required.
• Quarry experience is valued but not necessary.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a small team with minimal supervision.
• Available to work Monday to Saturday.
