Boral are happy to present a permanent, full-time opportunity for a dedicated Plant Operator to become an integral part of our dynamic and dedicated team. You will undertake responsibility for ensuring the secure and proficient operation of our quarry's mobile and fixed plant equipment located at our Orange Grove site - Perth WA.
Your day will involve:


  • Most days will start at 6am and operators can work up to and over 10 hours per day

  • Safe operation of quarry mobile plant as required
  • Basic maintenance and plant housekeeping
  • Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident / hazard reporting

What are we looking for?


  • Experience in Sales Loader operations (CAT 972 / 980 or similar) or Face Loading operations (CAT 990 or similar) - Highly Advantageous

  • Experience with Front End loader/Haul Truck/Moxy/Water Cart also considered

  • Have the ability to use Loadrite scales, and previous experience with mobile screening operations - Highly advantageous
  • Quarry experience highly regarded, but not essential
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality

  • Are a team player and enjoy being part of a productive team
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday
