What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor cement plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Perform routine inspections and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance.
• Identify and report equipment issues to support timely maintenance and repairs.
• Follow established procedures to maintain quality standards and operational reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and safe work practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to safely operate and monitor industrial equipment in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and operational consistency.
• Problem‑solving skills to identify irregularities and take appropriate action.
• Capability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to learn plant systems, processes, and safety protocols.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
