We are currently seeking a Plant Operator Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Plant Operator Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Plant Operator in the operation and maintenance of our facilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Plant Operator in the operation and maintenance of all plant equipment.
- Monitor and record plant performance and report any issues or concerns to the Plant Operator.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of plant operations and equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
