In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering the efficient construction and maintenance of road infrastructure, this role will see you operate large and complex plant equipment, support road worker activities, and develop your capability across civil construction, safety, and maintenance practices.

You will operate and maintain plant equipment to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes in a dynamic infrastructure and maintenance environment with evolving operational and safety requirements.

About you

Your ability to operate complex plant equipment, problem solve, and apply safety and compliance standards formed across civil construction, road maintenance, or similar field-based operational environments will see you excel in safely delivering construction and maintenance activities, overcoming operational challenges, and maintaining quality and compliance standards to lead to efficient and safe infrastructure outcomes.

You’re recognized as a safety-focused and reliable team contributor, skilled at operating plant equipment and completing maintenance tasks, experienced in working collaboratively in field-based environments, applying WHS requirements, and supporting infrastructure delivery outcomes.
