About the role
Applications are now open for a qualified and self-motivated Plant Operator, with one role based our Nowra Field Service Centre.
In this role, you’ll work alongside dedicated colleagues, operating a variety of plant and vehicles, including lifter borers, truck mounted cranes, EWPs and other heavy vehicles. Your main tasks will be supporting the construction and maintenance of our electrical network, operating machinery to assist crews in delivering programmed works. This may involve working alongside larger crews or as part of a smaller, two-person team, depending on the task.
You’ll be working in a variety of outdoor environments, from rural to urban areas, and you’ll need to be comfortable with both general labouring duties and machinery operation on and near the electrical distribution network.
Flexibility is key, as you may be required to respond to emergencies and after-hours work. Our safety culture is at the forefront of everything we do, and we expect all our team members to adhere to the highest safety standards, both on-site and off-site.
Endeavour Energy supports all our people in further training, development, and attainment of operating licenses and tickets.

The NSW Government retains a 49.6% interest and continues to licence safety and reliability.
