Your next opportunity:

Join our team at our Boral Recycling site in Salisbury SA, where every day brings variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow with one of Australia’s leading building and construction materials suppliers.

This hands-on role is essential to the daily operations of our site. You’ll primarily operate a Fixed Plant & HME, but flexibility is key—there will also be manual labour involved. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager, Site Supervisor and Site Team helping to keep the operation running smoothly and safely.

Your day will involve:

Operating Fixed Plant & HME:

  • Load road trucks with finished product
  • Push off tip heads for inbound materials
  • Load materials for a mobile pug mill
  • Load Haul Trucks with production material
  • Operate Haul Truck with production material to processing plant
  • Liaising with the Site Manager, Site Supervisor and Site Team
  • General site duties including Shovelling, lifting (10–15kg), plant cleaning, and minor repairs
  • Supporting the team with continuous improvement and compliance with Borals safety and environmental standards

What are we looking for?

  • Experience operating Fixed Plant & HME Operator and/or working with mobile crushing or blending plants
  • A team player mindset
  • A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to pitch in when needed
