Job Description

Air Liquide Philippines, a fully owned subsidiary of Air Liquide Group, started its operations in 1994 and currently employs 230+ people. We operate air separation units (ASU), hydrogen plants, carbon dioxide plants, cylinder refilling stations and depots, on-site plants and pipelines nationwide. Our main plant is situated in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, and our head office is in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

We serve a wide spectrum of markets and industries including electronics, food processing, pharmaceuticals, metals, automotive, shipbuilding, and hospitals.

Air Liquide Philippines is ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as GMP certified for medical oxygen. In addition, our liquid carbon dioxide plant in Pasig City filled the requirements for Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) for the manufacture of this gas as a food additive.

Perform all industrial operations in Primary Production plant in compliance with standard operating and maintenance procedures

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Conducts routine equipment checks and logs data to minimize plant downtime and ensure continuous supply.
  • Implements safety, quality, reliability programs.
  • Actively participates in achieving zero accidents by reporting near misses and adhering to safety policies and the IMS system.
  • Ensures consistent implementation of safety, quality, emergency procedures, and IMS requirements within their area.
  • Implements safety, housekeeping, and audit action items, coordinating with the Team Leader.
  • Contributes to risk assessments, safety meetings, and learns from incidents to ensure best practices.
  • Inspects and maintains plant safety equipment.
  • Drives plant reliability and efficiency through proactive maintenance, continuous improvement, and spare parts management.
  • Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and operates/monitors the plant within specifications, assisting with reports and work orders.
  • Operates, monitors, and controls the plant within specifications and handles customer calls.
  • Ensures compliance with quality policies and ISO 9001:2015, manages non-conformances and calibrations, and actively participates in training.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or relevant studies
  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with exposure to gas generating plants or similar industrial operations is added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions for equipment or plant deviations, as well as for findings from safety and quality audits.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when dealing with multiple and challenging situations.
  • Ability to operate forklift is added advantage
