What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe production of ready-mix concrete.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plant systems and machinery.
Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to maintain consistent production flow.
Maintain accurate production records and ensure material quality standards are met.
Support a clean, organized, and compliant worksite through daily housekeeping and safety practices.

Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Comfort working in fast-paced, production-focused environments.

Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
