Boral is looking for an experienced Asphalt (Spray Seal) Crew Member to join our team in Tamworth

As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for operating mobile construction equipment for road surfacing works and engaging in general hand labouring tasks.

Your day will involve:

• Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
• Safely and efficiently operate spray seal mobile plant equipment
• Maintain company trucks and plant equipment
• Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Boral WHS policies, meeting safety and environmental standards

What are we looking for?

• Experience in asphalt road surfacing
• Available to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
• Current heavy vehicle driver's licence (HR) or any plant operation tickets will be highly regarded
• White card
• Flexibility to travel and work away from home as required
• Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus
