Your Role at Delta Faucet

We are seeking a Plant Operations Technology Supervisor to lead a team of technology professionals supporting our manufacturing and distribution operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the technologies that enable our plants to operate efficiently every day.

Reporting to the Plant Operations Technology Leader, you will oversee local Plant Operations Technology teams, provide day-to-day leadership, and partner closely with plant operations to deliver exceptional support and technology solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Plant Operations Technology professionals.
  • Set performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage team priorities, workloads, and resource allocation to ensure effective support across facilities.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Oversee support for plant endpoint technologies, including scanners, tablets, printers, mobile devices, labeling systems, and shop-floor workstations.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technology incidents and minimize operational disruptions.
  • Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Execute Technology Initiatives

  • Lead local deployment and implementation of operational technology (OT) and infrastructure solutions.
  • Support testing, training, adoption, and go-live activities for plant technology projects.
  • Ensure new technologies are successfully integrated into plant operations.

Partner with Operations

  • Build strong relationships with plant leadership and operational teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, technology reliability, and the associate experience.
  • Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, operational technology, or infrastructure environments.
  • Prior leadership experience, including leading teams, projects, or technical resources.
  • Experience supporting endpoint technologies such as scanners, mobile devices, printers, and labeling systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes and supporting technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), PLC-connected environments, or industrial technologies.
  • Knowledge of endpoint management platforms and device deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, or related certifications.
