We are currently seeking two hospitality focused Plant Ops Tech II - (Full-time) & Plant Ops Tech I (WEEKENDS ONLY)
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Plant Operations Tech I & II is responsible for the overall upkeep of residential and public areas through responsive, accurate, and efficient maintenance. This will be accomplished through the performance of simple tasks that require the application of general maintenance and repair techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas including correcting electrical malfunctions, repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings, repairing and replacing light bulbs and fixtures, drywall/concrete repairs, painting, repairing doors and locks, etc.
2. Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
3. Completes all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information.
4. Attendance is essential to this job Must also maintain dependability and punctuality.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess some working knowledge of residential building maintenance to include plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances. Must be able to effectively communicate in English with residents/staff and take direction well.
Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to successfully complete a level two background check.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Location: Clearwater, FL
F/T Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
P/T Hours on weekends: Fri-Sun OR Sat-Mon 8am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $17.00-$20.00 (experienced based compensation)
