Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mold Maker, preferably with experience in plastics or polyurethane production. Knowledge of concrete technology related to hard landscape products is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine set up and calibration
• Assisting in production of mols
• QC of finished product and ensuring proper stock rotation
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and other regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing
• Experience with concrete technology or hard landscape products is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of both dry cast and wet cast products an asset
• Familiarity with plastics, polyurethane, and concrete technology as they relate to manufacturing processes.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
