Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:
o Customer contact and production plan.
客户联络，生产计划
The main missions of the role are:
o Accept order and forecast from customer and analyse customer demand.
接受客户订单，分析客户需求。
o Ensure 100% on time delivery.
负责给客户的100%准时化交付。
o Release production plan of PIC, PDP, host PIC and PDP.
制定生产计划PIC，PDP，主持生产例会。
o Follow FG out bond and production plan coherence.
跟踪成品出库及生产计划的达成情况。
o Update customer demand and production schedule in ERP, and ensure accurate data.
更新ERP中的客户需求及生产排程，并确保数据的准确性。
o Ensure SEMI FG, and FG inventory.
负责成品半成品库存水平。
o Ensure painting parts’ arrival on time.
负责漆后件及时到货。
o Confirm delivery record with sub-supplier and customer and advise fin. Dept to issue invoice and provide original doc.
负责与外包供应商，客户核对交货记录，取得对方确认，通知财务开票数量，并提供原始单据。
o Monitor customer on-site service
负责客户现场服务的监控。
o Monitor TPA and levelling board
负责TPA和levelling board的监控。
o Interface for PC&L dept. to UAP, interface to customer.
物流部对生产部的接口，物流部对客户的接口。
o Fully aware and comply with HSE responsibility guidance document
充分知晓并遵守HSE职责指导文件。
o Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management Rules and Regulations ValuesEmployee handbook of the company确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Experience :
o3-5 years production planning experience in manufacturing environment3-5年制造业生产计划工作经验
o MRP logist understandingMRP (物料生产计划)的逻辑理解
o Practical ERP system operation experience and good planning concept,SAP is prefer ERP应用经验,逻辑思维,SAP使用经验优先
o MIFA use MIFA的使用
o Familiar with PCS and E-supply systerm.客户系统-PCS 和E-supply 的了解

Skills and competencies：
o Good English skills, both oral and written良好的英语口语及书面英语
o Strong office soft ware, specially in excel.熟练应用常见办公软件,尤其是EXCEL

Leadership:
o Manages complexity管理复杂性
o Drives results结果导向
o Collaborates with Others沟通协调能力

Minimum education level
最低候选人要求：
o College degree 专科以上学历
o 2 years master planning experience 2以上年生产计划工作经验
o Strong office soft ware, specially in excel.熟练应用常见办公软件,尤其是EXCEL
o Strong communication skills and thinking ability强大的沟通能力及逻辑思维能力
