Como Plant Manager, no solo gestionarás el día a día de la planta; serás el motor de la mejora continua, el desarrollo de personas y la evolución tecnológica de nuestras instalaciones.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?

Tu rol se articulará en torno a 4 pilares estratégicos:

  • Gestión de la Producción, Stocks y Transporte: Liderarás de forma integral la planta coordinando a los equipos de Stock, Transporte y Operaciones para optimizar la cadena de suministro. Te encargarás de definir y supervisar los indicadores de desempeño técnicos y financieros, gestionando el control de costes. Asimismo, garantizarás el plan de mantenimiento de los equipos y supervisarás los procedimientos del Grupo Air Liquide en la producción y logística de gases industriales y medicinales.

  • Mejora Continua y Eficiencia de Procesos: Impulsarás la transformación del centro mediante el diseño e implementación de planes de acción que eleven la productividad y optimicen los costes. Participarás activamente en estudios de desarrollo técnico para identificar constantes oportunidades de mejora.

  • Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipos: Serás el motor del talento en el centro, definiendo las responsabilidades de cada puesto y verificando las cualificaciones necesarias

  • Seguridad, Calidad y Sostenibilidad: Garantizarás la excelencia operativa operando la instalación de manera segura, fiable y eficiente, preservando siempre el medio ambiente. Además, gestionarás de forma eficaz las reclamaciones de los clientes y aprobarás las instrucciones de producción, asegurando que todos los registros sean validados por personal autorizado.

  • Formación: Ingeniería Superior. Valorable formación de postgrado en Gestión o Lean Management.

  • Experiencia:Experiencia previa en gestión de plantas industriales, entornos productivos complejos o sector farmacéutico/químico.

  • Mindset:Orientación clara al cambio, proactividad, pensamiento analítico y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.

  • Seguridad: Promotor de la seguridad y calidad en la planta

  • Liderazgo:Capacidad para desarrollar al equipo y gestionar relaciones con diversos stakeholders
