Plant Manager DTW

Your role

The primary objective of this position is to lead DTW local team as the site manager, continuously improving DTW and China Operations in the areas of Quality, Safety, Cost and stakeholders satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Day to day operations of DT Wuxi manufacturing (A)

- Quality of manufactured products (A)

- Safety of DTW (A)

- Customer satisfaction, On-time (A)

- Continuous Improvement, CI (A)

- In House GOS Process (A)

- Cost of manufacturing / Budget (A)

- Cost of the site / Budget (A)

- Organization (A)

- Motivation and innovation of people (A)

- Cooperation with all stakeholders with DTW (A)

- Processes, Equipment, Testing and Facility of DTW with defined cross functional accountabilities with global operations (A)

- DL amount (A)

- IDL roles (A)

- Proposals for hire IDL (A)

What we expect

- Master level university graduated, 10+years working experiences of in international manufacturing business environment;

- Familiar with the tools, concepts and methodologies of World Class quality management like six sigma, Deming, 5S, TQM, TPS;

- Strong Quality Consciousness;

- Leadership and management training or experience;

- 5+ years working in leadership position;

- Excellent spoken and written English;

- Effective communication and report writing skills;

- Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude;

- Great leadership capabilities

- Other competencies: Motivating others, Self-Awareness, Communication, and Integrity.

- technology competence/working background for the DT product portfolio products or similar

Location

This position is based in Wuxi China, with close collaboration with our global teams. You will be reporting to the Director, Operations China
