Plant Manager Concrete Manufacturing

Industrial Pro Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a Plant Manager with a well-established industrial manufacturer in the Tulsa area. This leader will oversee a concrete production operation and have direct influence over safety, quality, production performance, and the people who make it happen. The company is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader who can set expectations, develop teams, and produce consistent results.

What You Will Lead

• Safety first, always. Establish and maintain a proactive safety culture through field presence, training, hazard recognition, and accountability.
• Lead daily plant production, scheduling, staffing, equipment readiness, output, and on-time fulfillment.
• Own quality control and product consistency, including adherence to customer specifications and internal manufacturing standards.
• Oversee concrete manufacturing processes such as batching, reinforcement, forming and molds, casting, curing, handling, and finished-product inspection.
• Coach supervisors, leads, and hourly employees; develop talent and improve workforce performance, engagement, and accountability.
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and logistics to reduce downtime, rework, waste, and process bottlenecks.

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated success leading manufacturing operations with direct accountability for workplace safety, quality, production, and labor.
• Strong practical experience in concrete manufacturing is highly preferred; reinforced concrete pipe, culverts, drainage structures, manholes, inlets, vaults, or related products are especially relevant.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality inspections, equipment, maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead frontline teams, strengthen supervisors, and solve operational problems on the plant floor.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to balance production goals with uncompromising safety standards.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a significant plus, but not a requirement.

Compensation and Location

• Tulsa, Oklahoma area; the role requires on-site plant leadership.
• Competitive compensation commensurate with substantial operating experience. Final base salary, bonus, and benefits details will be discussed during screening.
