Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Dongguan site operations and related industrial projects. • Lead a small team composed of:
  • 1 Technical Supervisor (equipment and facilities maintenance, quality management)
  • 3 Production Operators (slitting, inspection, packaging)
  • Manage key supply chain activities, including:
  • Raw material procurement and replenishment
  • Customs and import/export coordination
  • Shipment management
  • Basic invoicing and administrative follow-up
  • Ensure the definition, implementation, and compliance of HSE, safety, and security procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage local stakeholders, including:
  • HR and administrative service providers
  • Legal advisors
  • Suppliers and contractors
  • Other local partners
  • Provide regular industrial, operational, and financial reporting to headquarters.
  • Support the ramp-up and sustainable operation of the site.

Requirement

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles combining site management, project management, operations, and supply chain responsibilities.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a small organization and take a hands-on approach to operational issues.
  • Experience managing small teams and coordinating external partners.
  • Good understanding of HSE and industrial compliance requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written Mandarin
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
