About the role:

Eaton Aerospace Group is seeking a Plant Manager to its flagship Los Angeles, California manufacturing facility, a $250M aerospace operation employing approximately 300 non-union team members. The Plant Manager will have full responsibility for operational performance, safety, quality, delivery, cost, employee engagement and financial results. The Plant Manager will provide strategic leadership across all functional disciplines, ensuring alignment with customer commitments, business objectives, and growth initiatives. The role requires a dynamic leader who will drive strategic execution, operational excellence, continuous improvement and organizational capability to achieve growth.

What you will do:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations, including manufacturing, materials management, quality, environmental health and safety (EHS), human resources, and operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of employee engagement, accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance consistent with Eaton’s Culture Model.
• Drive operational performance by improving customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, delivery, inventory, cost and profitability metrics

• Strong knowledge and experience with process tool
• Maintain full profit and loss accountability, monitoring financial performance, implementing corrective actions and ensuring achievement of business objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives through the Eaton business System, Lean Six Sigma, Eaton Quality System, Balanced Scorecard and other business operating processes.
• Ensure compliance with Eaton policies and all applicable government, financial, environmental, safety and labor regulations.

• Partner with division leadership to support strategic business decisions and enterprise-wide initiatives sharing best practices across Eaton operations.
• Represent Eaton within the local community, industry organizations and customer engagements.
• Proven Ability to lead organizational change, drive performance improvements and deliver sustainable business results.
• Develop and execute short and long term business plans to achieve plant and division objectives including strategic plans, profit plants, organizational capability plans and forecasts.

Qualifications & Additional Information:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree
• Aerospace experience

The expected annual salary range for this role is $182000 - $266000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
