Role Purpose

As Plant Operations Manager, you will lead the overall performance of the Monterrey site, ensuring strong results across safety, quality, service, cost, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will guide cross functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain, while building a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily plant operations to deliver performance goals in safety, quality, productivity, customer service, and cost
  • Execute the site strategy in alignment with business priorities, including manufacturing, laboratory quality, and regional distribution activities
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through data-based decision-making, operational discipline, innovation, and cross-functional teamwork
  • Develop organizational capability by building strong teams, strengthening leadership, and supporting talent growth and succession planning

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing and engineering leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading plant functions or site organizations in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong track record of driving continuous improvement and operational performance gains
  • Experience building high-performing teams and working effectively across multiple functions
  • Demonstrated success in developing talent and strengthening leadership capability
  • Fluent English and Spanish

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • M.B.A. or equivalent business degree
  • Experience in multiple businesses, divisions, technologies
  • Experience in leading or being a member of projects and teams.
  • Experience to adapt to a variety of employee relations environments
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • ISO17025 Experience
