As a Plant Manager at Phillips Medisize Querétaro, you will be responsible for leading all plant operations, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and talent development. You will play a strategic role in driving business growth by leading continuous improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while fostering a culture focused on value creation.

You will be part of the Phillips Medisize leadership team, working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, EHS, and global teams. You will collaborate with strategic customers and international leaders to ensure sustainable operational growth and compliance with the highest standards in the medical device industry.
