Mechanical Engineer | Production | Maintenance | Industrial Operations

Dash-Recruits is the exclusive hiring partner for a growing industrial production and bottling operation in the Bekaa currently seeking a strong, hands-on Plant Manager to join their leadership team.

This is not a desk-only management role.

We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer capable of owning an entire production floor — from machinery and maintenance to operational efficiency, troubleshooting, and future plant expansion.

The ideal candidate understands industrial equipment, production lines, preventative maintenance, and how to keep operations running efficiently under pressure.

You will work directly with ownership and leadership, becoming the in-house technical authority for the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production, maintenance, and plant operations
• Manage machinery performance and minimize downtime
• Lead preventative maintenance and technical troubleshooting
• Supervise technical and operational teams
• Support future expansion, new lines, and equipment upgrades
• Improve efficiency, production flow, and operational performance
• Act as the key technical decision-maker inside the facility

Ideal Background

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• Experience in manufacturing, bottling, FMCG, food & beverage, or
• Industrial production environments
• Strong technical and operational mindset
• Hands-on leadership personality
• Experience managing industrial equipment and maintenance teams
