Je werkt op onze historische locatie in Sloten, met meer dan 160 jaar geschiedenis Je geeft leiding aan een team van 30 medewerkers en maakt deel uit van ons internationale operations netwerk

Wat ga je doen

• Je geeft leiding aan de locatie Sloten en zorgt voor duidelijke standaarden op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en prestaties

• Je stuurt de dagelijkse operatie aan en zorgt dat de productie stabiel, efficiënt en volgens de regels verloopt

• Je werkt aan verbeteringen op de site en pakt knelpunten structureel aan

• Je leidt verbeter‑ en turnaround‑trajecten om de organisatie en werkwijze naar een hoger niveau te brengen

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van productie‑ en onderhoudsdoelen binnen planning en budget

• Je werkt samen met HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, regionale collega’s en externe partijen zoals auditors en autoriteiten

Wie zoeken wij

• Een ervaren plant‑ of operationsmanager met ervaring in een productieomgeving

• Iemand die eerder een locatie heeft verbeterd of geholpen heeft om weer op koers te komen

• Ervaring in een gereguleerde omgeving, zoals food, feed, dairy of procesindustrie

• Een duidelijke leider die mensen aanspreekt, ondersteunt en ontwikkelt

• Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels; Fries is een plus

Based at our historic Sloten plant, with more than 160 years of heritage, you will lead a site of 30 employees and play a key role within our international operations network.

What you’ll do

• Lead the Sloten plant with safety and quality as clear priorities, setting standards and expectations for the site

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring stable, compliant and efficient production

• Drive continuous improvement, audits and operational excellence initiatives

• Lead site turnaround and improvement activities, raising standards, structure and performance

• Deliver production and maintenance targets in line with IBP plans and budget

• Work closely with HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, regional teams, authorities and auditors

Who we’re looking for

• An experienced plant or operations manager with a solid manufacturing background

• Proven experience improving or turning around a site and strengthening ways of working

• Experience in regulated environments (food, feed, dairy or similar industries preferred)

• A clear, disciplined leader who develops people and holds teams accountable

• Fluent in Dutch and English; Frisian is a strong plus
