Our award-winning client seeks a dynamic Plant Manager for its Huntsville, AL plant. Join a 7,500-strong global team across 50 plants and drive excellence in this high-volume, JIT environment.

Responsibilities:

• As the Lean Leader, champion continuous improvement, optimizing processes and empowering your team to reach new heights.
• Manage multiple customers seamlessly, ensuring on-time delivery, world-class quality, and strong partnerships.
• Lead a multi-level workforce, fostering collaboration and achieving peak performance through effective delegation and coaching.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans, drive cost reductions, and ensure profitability.

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of senior management experience in Automotive Manufacturing or another similar type of Complex or Industrial Manufacturing company.
• Any Engineering, Business Administration, or Commerce Bachelor's degree
• Proven mastery of Lean principles, including VIEW, VAVE, TQM, and 5S.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of safety regulations, quality management, and customer relationships.
