Job Description

Your role

As Plant Manager, you will have full responsibility for the plant’s operational and financial performance, in a complex industrial environment, with a strong focus on results, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will:

  • Lead all plant operations, ensuring delivery on production, cost, quality, safety, and environmental targets
  • Define and execute the plant’s development strategy, aligned with business objectives
  • Drive cost optimization and operational excellence initiatives
  • Oversee CAPEX investments, modernization projects, and innovation initiatives
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, creating an environment based on accountability, trust, and performance
  • Develop leaders within the organization and ensure talent continuity (succession planning & talent development)
  • Mobilize the organization around common goals, ensuring alignment, engagement, and ownership at all levels
  • Strengthen a healthy organizational culture built on collaboration, accountability, and high standards
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture

Your experience

  • Solid experience in managing complex industrial operations (cement or process industries)

  • Strong exposure to P&L, cost management, and operational KPIs

  • Experience leading large teams in demanding environments

  • Track record in driving performance improvements and cost optimization

  • Experience with CAPEX projects, transformation, or operational excellence initiatives

  • Strong leadership in safety (HSE) and compliance
