The Industrial Technician III is responsible for coordinating maintenance operations across multiple processing facilities. This position requires extensive expertise in industrial machinery, automation systems, and facility maintenance. The specialist manages complex projects and drives continuous improvement in maintenance practices and equipment performance.

Work Environment:
This position involves hands-on technical work and troubleshooting. The role requires the ability to work in various environments, including production floors, mechanical rooms, and offices. Some travel between facilities may be necessary. The Technician must be comfortable working around heavy machinery, at heights, and in confined spaces. The position may involve on-call duties for emergency situations and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various climate conditions.
