What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Install, repair, and maintain machinery such as conveyors, pumps, motors, and crushers.
• Conduct routine inspections and document equipment condition and repair needs.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment used in mechanical maintenance and fabrication.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Commitment to working safely and following established procedures.
• Capacity to work both independently and within a team to complete tasks efficiently.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
