What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and document work performed.
• Safely operate tools, machinery, and mobile equipment required for maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply maintenance and repair techniques.
• Capability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Commitment to safety practices and following established procedures.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Compliance with all company safety policies and operational requirements.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
