Job Type: Full Time
Shift(s) Available Rotating
Compensation $25.00 - $30.00/hr (upon experience)

Key Accountabilities

  • Create delivery bookings in Cargill’s booking system working with the different interests of the location team gathering the necessary information to complete the transaction
  • Assist with gathering information from sales personal on bookings and inputting into Cargill’s booking system, gathering information as needed to complete the transaction
  • Will actively receive and make calls to and from producers,3rd party carriers and take the necessary steps required to get the end results met.
  • Will actively train and support those working in or with Cargill’s booking system
  • Providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members
  • Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, may be required to lift up to 50lbs occasionally, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
  • Advanced knowledge and skills of a computer (desiderable SAP )
  • Previous Customer service experience
  • Worked in a team environment
  • Must be able to work in various weather, industrial and agricultural settings
  • Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
  • May require a valid Canadian full class 5 driver’s licence in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during your employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice
  • Knowledge of or prior background working in logistics
  • General knowledge of SAP
