What You Will Do

1 Create shared vision of respective solutions and facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between different solution platforms.

2 Collaborate with the Project Management Office, Capabilities Leads on the intake process and prioritization of projects across the company, tracking the progress

3 Develop and maintain high availability and scalability of infrastructure components (network, storage, server, application system, security appliance, etc) that allow the business to operate continuously

4 Conduct training as well as review and enhance work processes to improve productivity, to optimize the resources and cost effective. Implement and upgrade business core applications and system, ERP, MES, global digital tool, applications and procedures that support the company to achieve its business goals and digital innovation process

5 Take responsibility on team working with business and IT org

6 Manage and maintain local applications which are developed by internal and external, including date integration with core system eg ERP/MES/APS/IIOT

7 Performs capacity reviews and forecasts future network system and utilization and data communication equipment requirements. Makes recommendations on applications and system hardware

8 Make sure all IT resources are available, capabilities and support business continuity plan in short/long term

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)：

REQUIRED: 5 years of demonstrated working experience in enabling or supporting MES or ERP systems in a manufacturing company with 2 years of leadership experience.

PREFERRED: 3 years of working experience in Siemens Manufacturing Solution Suite (CAMStar, OpsCenter, MOM, APS)

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED: • Good Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), VMWare, Printing Server

• Network, Storage systems
• Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Good understanding and experience of plant manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding and experience in ERP (SAP) processes.
• Good understanding of MES exchanges information across other plant systems.
• Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams.
• Good English communication skills (Writing and Oral)

PREFERRED: Experience in Siemens Opcenter(Camstar) or equivalent MES Solution
