Patil Rail Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is a prominent organization in Railway Track Engineering. We specialize in manufacturing Concrete Sleepers, Rail Fittings for standard, elevated, and underground Metro Rail tracks, as well as Switches & Crossings (Thick Web Technology) and Ballastless Track systems for High-Speed Lines. With operations across several Indian states including West Bengal, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and metro projects in Delhi and Chennai, we are a key player in the Eastern and Southern Indian railway sectors.

As a Plant HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth HR operations, and maintaining compliance with all legal and statutory regulations. You will play a key role in facilitating employee relations, statutory compliance, and managing HR processes at the plant level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance & Statutory Management Ensure compliance with all labor laws, including ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Payroll & Record Keeping Oversee payroll management, employee records, and attendance.
  • Employee Relations Conduct employee induction, on boarding, and engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Government Liaison Handle communication with government departments and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Facility Management Assist in maintaining proper working conditions within the plant, coordinating with other departments for facility management.
  • Employee Welfare Address employee grievances, handle disciplinary procedures, and promote employee welfare initiatives.
  • HR Processes Ensure smooth execution of HR functions, including recruitment support, performance management, and employee engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education Degree / MBA in HR.
  • Experience 3-5+ years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • HR Functions Strong understanding of compliance, industrial laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Communication & Organization Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Government Relations Proven ability to handle interactions with government departments.
  • Technology Skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
