What You’ll Be Doing

• Support plant operations through safe and efficient material handling
• Assist with equipment cleanup, maintenance, and basic operational tasks
• Monitor production areas and promptly report issues
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safe work practices
• Perform general labor duties to ensure continuous, reliable plant operations
  

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to work safely around machinery and moving equipment
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in varied conditions
• Willingness to learn plant processes and operate tools/equipment as trained
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks
• Commitment to teamwork and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment
  

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
  

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
