
Position: Plant Head – Lubricants Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to oversee the complete operations of our lubricants manufacturing plant in Ra’s al Khaimah, UAE. The candidate will be responsible for production management, quality control, manpower supervision, safety compliance, inventory management, and ensuring smooth plant operations while achieving production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day plant operations and production activities.
• Ensure smooth blending, filling, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Monitor production planning and achieve operational targets.
• Maintain product quality standards as per company and industry requirements.
• Supervise plant staff, operators, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics departments.
• Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor machine maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Control production costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare operational reports and production documentation.
• Handle audits, inspections, and quality checks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 15 -18 years of experience in lubricants manufacturing plant with overall experience for all operations of an automatic plant.
• Strong knowledge of lubricant production processes and plant management.
• Experience in handling production teams and factory operations.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in lubricants blending plants.
• Knowledge of SAP / ERP systems and production reporting.
• Strong operational and manpower management skills.
