Commercial Products Supply (CPS) is a key part of Technical, Innovation and Supply Chain (TI&SC) Function at The Coca-Cola Company and our goal is to be recognized as a world-class, integrated supply chain partner, enabling our system to deliver against our growth agenda with improving margins.
CPS manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to our Bottling Partners all over the world. The global organization manages an integrated network of 19 manufacturing plants in different countries including 3 Lighthouses (Ballina, Singapore and Liberia) and 16 Fast Followers Plants. CPS is also responsible for managing complex additional materials supply chains (i.e. juices, coffee, tea, milk, etc.) on behalf of our bottling partners.
The CPS Indonesia Plant GM provides leadership and strategic direction for the Indonesia concentrate plant in all areas of Plant Management, Production, Engineering, Planning & Logistics, QSE, Finance, People & Culture and Operational Excellence while ensuring continuity of supply to all markets the concentrate plant supplies to. In a market with strong growth potential and plant that is continuing to build operational momentum, the GM will be responsible for ensuring that the Plant has necessary resources at all times under an approved annual business plan while ensuring its timely execution, implementation of key programs, compliance with all internal company KO Standards and local regulations, and collaborative work with key stakeholders (including Operating Units, Local Technical & Innovation Functions and Bottlers) with a very customer focused mind-set while enhancing engagement of all Associates.
