Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the Lead Finance Partner for the plant
• Responsible for:
  • All financial management
  • Reporting
  • Compliance
  • Planning
  • Forecasting
  • Cost performance activities and cost savings initiatives
• Reporting to the Complex Controller, this role provides:
  • Strategic financial leadership to plant management
  • Oversees the analyst organization
  • Ensures compliance with corporate and SOX requirements
  • Drives initiatives that improve operational efficiency and financial performance

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or Finance; or related
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant Finance and/or Accounting experience
• Knowledge of all phases of financial and cost accounting
• Must be able to manage change in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent
• 6 years of experience in manufacturing finance
• Proficient in SAP and Hyperion Essbase and knowledge of the project writing system
• Prior supervision experience
• Capability to quickly adapt to changes in the business and labor environment
