Engineer to provide all necessary facilities to meet production, quality, safety, cost, and environmental objetives in the General Assembly area, complying with QMS requirements, maintaining the availability of the equipment required to meet these objetives, promoting the development and training of skill trades, and following the Stellantis Industrial System (SIS), maintenance methodology.
Qualifications
Programming of Allen Bradley 5, 500, and 5000 PLCs using RSLOGIX software. Handling of different communication protocols like Ethernet and Devicenet. Advanced knowledges of hydraulics and pneumatics, motor control (electrical, control), and mechanics. Knowledge of the maintenance, operation, and handling of KUKA, FANUC, and NACHI robots, knowledge of Atlas Copco, Stanley, and CLEKO torque tools. Knowledge of different types of conveyors (power and free, chain on edge, inverted power and free, overhead, flat, electrical monorail system and feed conveyors). Knowledge of automated equipment. Advanced office package. Knowelege in different category of losses of production, microstoppages and Overall Production Eficiency (OPE).
