• 업무내용 (Job Description)

1. 기술지원및문제해결 (Technical Support & Troubleshooting)

• 접수된고객요청에대한신속하고정확한기술지원제공
• 제품문제해결을위한원인분석수행및후속조치, 개선방안검토
• 현장서비스엔지니어(Field Service Representative)의기술지원요청에대한신속한대응

2. 고객대응및관계관리 (Customer Management)

• 정기적인현장방문및고객미팅을통해기술적불편사항·개선요구사항파악
• 고객이슈가해결될때까지지속적인후속관리수행
• 고객만족도향상을위한신뢰기반의고객관계구축및유지

3. 영업및프로젝트지원 (Sales & Project Support)

• 영업부서와협력하여신규사업·프로젝트발굴및수주활동지원
• 고객요구사양검토후, 영업및관련부서에위험성평가를포함한기술적피드백제공

4. 현장관리및절차준수 (Site Supervision & Compliance)

• 필요시현장에서공사감독또는시공·설치·정비관리업무수행
• BC Standard Procedure를준수하며프로젝트실행및현장운영관리

5. 기술문서및교육 (Technical Documentation & Training)

• 최신기술정보유지및업데이트
• 내부및외부교육자료개발및교육제공

• 자격요건 (Qualifications)

• 공학계열학사학위이상또는이에준하는학력
• 고객서비스, 기술지원, 또는현장서비스분야 8년이상경력(과장급이상)
• 산업용왕복동압축기, 터보기계(Centrifugal compressor/turbine), 선박용엔진등다양한산업기계에대한고객지원, 정비및공사경험
• 석유화학, 정유플랜트, 조선·해운분야경험우대
• 자기주도적이고적극적이며고객중심적사고보유
• 부서간원활한협업능력및개방적커뮤니케이션역량
• 국내외출장및파견가능자

1Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide prompt and accurate technical support in response to customer inquiries.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for product issues and review follow-up actions and potential improvement measures.
• Respond quickly to technical support requests from Field Service Representatives.

2Customer Management

• Conduct regular on-site visits and customer meetings to identify technical concerns and improvement needs.
• Perform continuous follow-up until customer issues are fully resolved.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

3Sales & Project Support

• Collaborate with the Sales Department to identify new business and project opportunities, and support bid activities.
• Review customer specifications and provide technical feedback—including risk assessments—to Sales and related internal teams.

4Site Supervision & Compliance

• When required, perform site supervision or manage installation, construction, or maintenance activities.
• Ensure project execution and field operations comply with BC Standard Procedures.

5Technical Documentation & Training

• Maintain up-to-date technical information and documentation.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions internally and externally.

• Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service/technical support or field service
• Preferred experience of gas compressor in industry, petrochemical/refinery plants
• Preferred experience in marine propulsion/generator engine
• Self-driven, proactive and customer satisfaction oriented
• Cross-functional collaboration and open communication skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
