Plant Engineer

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead deviations and CAPAs independently.
• Own root cause analysis and effectiveness verification.
• Ensure technical compliance and documentation integrity.
• Provide advanced engineering support to production.
• Implement process improvements and optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of changes.
• Support reliability and maintenance optimization strategies.
• Own validation planning, execution and reporting.
• Assess validation impact for process changes.
• Lead medium-complexity projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Act as technical reference within assigned area.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) related field.
• 2–4 years as a manufacturing engineer or related careers in the Medical, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Validations experience is a Plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Takes ownership and delivers results with discipline and integrity.
• Works efficiently with cross functional teams and communicates effectively.
• Anticipates operational needs and removes barriers to production continuity.
• Learn proactively, adapts to change and drives continuous improvement.
• Leads technical tasks, validations and problem-solving initiatives.
• Ability to work in clean room environments and adhere to growing requirements.
